As a reflection of its collaborative policy, All Access works closely with offices of Bergen County government, and other civic and community-based organizations in addressing community issues. As a result, All Access' core programs are designed to meet and address local needs. All Access’s programs include multiple weekly community feeding programs, affordable housing, education, job training, arts and culture, youth development programs, criminal justice, healthcare, and commercial development among others.
Due to Covid-19 and the impact of the Corona Virus, our major emphasis is currently focused on food insecurities facing our Bergen County communities. As such we have increased our community feeding services. In 2019 we launched the Veterans Recognition Day Program, a county-wide Veterans Recognition Day initiative. The goal of the program is to salute, honor and celebrate the immense contributions and sacrifices made by veterans to our country.
All Access CDC's strong arts and culture programming includes celebrated yearly events such as the Bergen County Film Festival®, Bergen County Music Festival®, Table to Table, Pooch and Smooch® , Hackensack Music Festival®, LGBTQ Pride Hackensack™, Bergen County Int’l Poetry Slam™ and the Main Street Live Concert Series® which has produced Hackensack’s first official:
● LGBTQ Pride Celebration & Concert (Rainbow flag raised next to the American flag in the center of downtown Hackensack)
● Indian (Middle Eastern) Celebration & Concert/County Proclamations
● Caribbean Night Celebration & Concert
● Hometown Heroes Celebration-Ceremony & Awards Concert/County Proclamation and Congressional Certificates
● Hometown Celebrity Celebration-Ceremony & Awards Concert/Hackensack’s Int’l Ambassadors
● Motown Revue Concert Celebration
● Latin Night Celebration & Concert
All Access arts and cultural initiatives complement its non-arts programming and continued long range goal of servicing the community through strategic partnerships with:
● West Point Diversity Program
● Inter-generation Computer Training Program
● Table – Table weekly community feeding program
These events are widely participated and patronized by the residents of Bergen County as they seek to foster better relations among residents, instill pride, dignity and promote the diverse identities and cultural traditions in the county. All Access bring adults, children, seniors, and students together to foster cohesive cultural bonds regardless of class, gender or
socioeconomic status.
